Perfect mixer bowl for a commercial kitchen May 23, 2008

This mixer bowl is every bit as sturdy as you'd hope for something you'd use in a food service environment. The stainless steel is thick enough to last, but it's also light enough to handle the bowl. The warranty is nice, but I certainly wouldn't expect to have to use it.
