Made of gleaming stainless steel, the machine's adjustable rollers press your dough into long, four-inch wide sheets in a choice of seven thicknesses. You can then cut the sheets into squares for making ravioli, or longer sections for lasagna. By sliding on the stainless-steel cutting attachment, you can extrude thin spaghetti or medium-width fettuccine noodles. Ragged box, two pieces of parts dropped which took me 1 hour to fix, and this 'new' item also have some dry flour in gear!

This product is good. It works as what it said. I use it to make Chinese dumping. It's very convenience. I don't buy dumplings from market anymore. However, it takes some practices to get the full benefit it provides. I suggest everyone to read and follow the instruction prior to your first use.

Is it made of stainless steel? It rusts after one time use. I tried to make some whole-wheat pie but I quited. It was even not as easy as I made using my own hands.
I would give negative five stars if I could. This is the first review I gave at amazon.
