I never would have guessed that it would be so hard to find a 140 Quart spiral dough hook, but none of the local restaurant supply companies in my area had them when I was in the market for one. This one worked out perfectly. There's absolutely nothing flimsy about it, and and it was a perfect fit for my mixer. I was skeptical of buying online, but it definitely paid off.
