Salt DispenserMay 18, 2007 L. Crabtree(Missouri) My husband and I are Good Eats fans. Alton Brown uses this as a salt dispenser. My husband loves to cook. Knowing he'll use it a lot I bought one. The server is nice enough to leave it out on the counter and it kind a blend with our other kitchen accents.

Handy item for grabbing that pinch of salt you always want while cooking.Haven't tried it for cheese.Fits well in hand, doesn't tip, well balanced.

I am really happy with this container. Although it is designed for keeping cheese, I tossed the spoon and use it for salt. It keeps the salt handy and is so much more convenient than a salt shaker. This is a great product.
