5 out of 5 stars His best book yet!   August 29, 2008
Denise F. Pennant (New York, NY)
I own almost all of Todd Wilbur books and I love every single one of them. This book is no exception. Every recipe I have tried come's out perfect. The recipe's are easy and taste just as good as the original's. I would recommend this book to anyone who like's to cook. It's the best.
I hope he comes out with a new book soon, I've all ready tried every recipe in this book.

5 out of 5 stars Wings!   July 12, 2008
Book Addict (Camarillo, CA)
I got this book mainly for the Buffalo Wings recipe. I tried it, and it turned out very well. There are quite a few other recipes in there that interest me, but I haven't had a chance to try them yet.

If you're looking to make tasty, crispy Buffalo Wings, this will do it for you.

Cheers!

I haven't yet made any of the recipes, but I see that the recipes look really good.

3 out of 5 stars Top Secret Restaurant Recipes 2   May 27, 2008

The cookbook is adequate. However, many of the recipes that I wanted were not in this edition. I am also somewhat disappointed in the format used in producing this cookbook.

3 out of 5 stars Review   May 19, 2008
Ellen O. Williams (Texas)
This book is interesting. Some of the recipes were not from restaurants in my area. Some of the recipes took more time than I would want to take to make something. But, I usually keep my cooking fairly basic. It does have a lot of recipes & I'm sure many people would find it very useful.
