Product Description The Oxo Good Grips cutting board has soft, tapered grips for easy lifting and nonslip edges. Use both sides for cutting and you'll cut down on chances of cross contamination. Dishwasher-safe.
Amazon.com Review Quality kitchen tools can easily turn tedious meal preparation into a fun culinary experience. OXO's Good Grips prep cutting board has all the makings of a top-notch chef's aid. Crafted from thick polypropylene, the surface is durable, nonporous, and odor resistant; it is also impervious to deep scratches and maintains the sharp edges on kitchen knives. A juice groove around the perimeter of one side keeps liquids contained, and soft, black handles at either end make it easy to transport and keep it from slipping on a wet counter. The cutting board is designed to be used on both sides, doubling a cook's work capacity without adding bulk. Measuring 7-1/2 inches by 10-1/2 inches, this handy size handles small to medium jobs. It goes safely into the dishwasher between uses. --Kara Karll

Quickly became my favorite July 30, 2008 Online shopper (Michigan, USA) As soon as this board was added to the rotation in my kitchen (which includes another "grippy" plastic board by a different manufacturer as well as several sizes of wooden boards), it became my favorite. It's always the first one I reach for. It's a very handy size, big enough for some serious chopping but small enough to handle and store easily. It grips the counter top well and has a good "feel" under the knife. It seems to be holding up better than my other plastic board, which quickly became noticeably scratched, scarred, and stained. This one receives at least twice the use, yet still looks at least twice as good.
I have two June 26, 2008 Ribbit (california) I purchased one board, then another a year later. It's just the right size for an onion, herbs or fruit. I don't worry about minor scoring from sharp knives--it cleans up easily in the dishwasher although I often handwash depending on what I have been cutting. The smooth surface is better than some that are rough because you can sweep minced items off the board without the blade catching. I only wish the groove (on one side) were a bit deeper to prevent meat juices from running off but It's fine for small items like tomatoes.
Great product. Doesn't warp and non slip, for the most part. June 25, 2008 S. Hanany (Broomfield, CO) This cutting board is very good. With enough warped cutting boards to shake a stick at, I was pleased to find this one. Plus it is non-slip on a dry surface, of course. Definitely a good deal for the price.
Really pretty good April 16, 2008 Jeremy Krall (Dearborn Heights, MI USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This cutting board was the perfect size for what I wanted. It looks good and stays put due to the rubber ends. The only concern I have is that it seems rather easy to cut into. Even cutting straight down with the knife cuts into the board. If you are going to use this for meat be careful to clean it thoroughly afterwards.
really small and scores really easily March 13, 2008 Carol (Chatsworth, CA United States) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was hoping that this "cutting board" would actually let me cut on it and not score so easily. I'm replacing a much larger one because it has so many cuts in the board. It's so hard to really clean the board when it's all scored. I'd think a cutting board would mark up so easily. The rubber edging does help hold it in place slightly, if your counter is level and smooth. I have tile so it's not perfectly even, and therefore the rubber doesn't always catch and hold. It wasn't one of my better purchases.
