Product Description

The chrome-plated steel construction provides super-sturdy support. The six feet on the bottom keep the rack evenly raised for proper air circulation and fast cooling. Finally a cooling rack that is the perfect size to fit in a half sheet pan. Sturdy and stable. Works great for broiling, then you can just throw it in the dishwasher!

I purchased this rack based on a review I read in Cooks Illustraited magazine. If you need one, this really is the best out there. I use it regularly.

We bought this along with the Lincoln Food Service Sheet Pan Half size, which it fits exactly. They make a great pair for cooking bacon in the oven and the rack cleans up easily in the dishwasher. We're completely satisfied.

Nicest cooling rack I've seen. Has three supports - no sagging - and small enough spacing between wires that things don't slip through. I've ditched my old one.

I bought these for 2 reasons. One to get a cooling rack and the other as an insert into a half sheet pan. These are excellent. They fit into the pans perfectly. The only downside is that I wish the crossbars were welded in a couple of places onto the grid.
