Customer Reviews:
Awesome for making smoothies, some draw backs. April 17, 2008 Mr. Ryan J. Hager (Clawson, Mi) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
I just received this blender today. I've never had a blender this powerful, but it does it's claim to fame for smoothies..the best I've ever tried from a home blender, equal to say a Vita-Mix smoothie. However, if you try using the blender just to crush a bunch of ice, you'll be disappointed because it spins so fast it creates an air pocket above the ice. As long as you have liquid and a blend of ingredients for the ice to be mixed up in it works awesome. The blender is very powerful. I haven't had the chance to make frozen drinks like margaritas or daquiris in it yet.
