Banana Nut Bread – Blender Style
Making banana nut bread, has never been easier…
especially when your using a blender.
Try out this fast and easy recipe
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. walnut meats
1/3 c. soft butter
3 sm. bananas, cut up
In medium size bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
Put the walnut meats into your Oster 4127 blender container. press button 4 for 10 seconds. Add to the dry ingredients.
Put the sugar, butter, egg, bananas and milk into container. Press button 6 for 15 seconds.
Stop motor to push bananas down. Pour over dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Boy, that looks good doesn’t it.
