Product Description Enjoy and prepare simple raw foods, the healthiest foods nature has to offer, while living a busy lifestyle. This book is perfect for raw food beginners, busy people, health-conscious slackers, and those on temporary cleansing programs. A Simple Raw Book November 19, 2008 Michael Zdyrko (Camden, DE USA) How about that....a simple raw recipe book written for a guy like me. More than half of the recipes did not require a machine of some type and were just simple to make to satisfy my tastes and appetite. I usually eat and run and this book fits my lifestyle. I have probably made 60-70 of the recipes and have not found one I disliked. I even have modified some to my tastes. Will try to make all the rest as soon as I get some of the gadgets needed. Looking forward to this as it has become fun to eat. A simple raw recipe book is what this book is. Not complicated. This might turn off the gourmets, but whatever. I recommend this book to those who like things simple in their lives. It seems I have have more time available now since cooking and eating does not take up as much as it did before. Hmmmmmm. Interesting concept for busy people.

This is my first raw book and i was disapointed.. I wanted colour and fun.. This did not really have any of that.. It does have some nice info parts but that is it really.. Sorry can not recomend for beginners
Very helpful! September 6, 2008 Evalina (Palma Sola, FL USA) Very helpful little book for easy, quick raw food preparation. All the recipes I've tried are very good and many have become regulars in my raw repetoire. It's given me lots of good ideas too for simple, everyday raw. I think every raw foodist should keep this nice little book handy in their kitchen.
