Product Description
Looking for a whole new approach to weight loss, health, and beauty without necessarily going all raw or strictly vegetarian? Welcome to Raw Food Life Force Energy According to top nutritionist Natalia Rose, everyone is entitled to a beautiful lean body, youthful radiant skin, abundant energy, and a state of natural bliss. The secret is tapping into the ultimate source of well-being—Life Force Energy. If we can properly harness and increase our Life Force Energy through simple dietary and environmental principles, and therefore cleanse and bring our bodies back to their natural, harmonious frequency, we can experience radically improved levels of health, beauty, and happiness. Raw Food Life Force Energy is entirely compatible with the principles laid out in Rose's previous book, The Raw Food Detox Diet, but presents her diet-lifestyle in an excitingly progressive framework that reminds us that we are not just physical bodies, but dynamic beings who thrive on harmonious high vibrations and Life Force Energy. Rose presents four fundamental energy principles and practical applications, leading us to the best sources of natural energy—such as raw fruits and vegetables, sunlight, and fresh air, to name a few. These principles lay the groundwork for Rose's comprehensive 21-day program, followed by more than seventy original, mouthwatering recipes that range from healthful cooked fish dishes to raw vegetarian soups, entrees, and desserts to accommodate all levels of raw food energy dieters. Rose offers a new vision of how to honor and revitalize our bodies and become powerfully attractive inside and out. Raw Food Life Force Energy shows us how to break out of our destructive, energy-draining patterns of poor eating, unsuccessful dieting, and stressful living to lift ourselves to a whole new stratosphere of well-being.

Natalia Rose is a Gem! July 24, 2008 Scotchyroo (Michigan, USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Four months ago I was at the park with my son after school, feeling cranky and exhausted as usual, dying for 6:30 to roll around so I could fix myself a cocktail and cook dinner, signalling the end of another long grueling day. I turned to one of the other mothers and said in desperation "is this all that's left of life? Tired by mid-afternoon?" My friend shrugged. I started looking for ways to increase my energy and found Natalia Rose's RAW FOOD DETOX DIET. I have felt better and better since. This is the book of her philosophy of where life force comes from. It's a little fruity but loving and helpful. She encourages people to take what they can from her words and live a better life. So far I have.

I love her books because she inspires me to keep moving in the raw direction. I love that she refers to the idea that eating raw integrates spirit with the body.
Revelations April 23, 2008 Tokyosensei (miami) 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
After reading this book I felt a little confused, kind of after I read Unified Field theory by Hildreth Atkins. Just like that book goes against conventional physics, this book goes against some very traditional and well established raw food teachings. This book is a combination of String theory with Daoism. Her explanations on how lifeforce flows and the energy that we see in everyday life basically puts George Lucas to shame. I am basically totally sick of going to nutrition books and reading the same crap. 4kcal for carbs, 9 for fats, ect... Rose basicalliy breaks all that stuff down into words that an average Raw Food dieter can better understand. Her thoughs on the different frequencies and energies of food was in my opinion revolutionary. I am also glad that she decided to include some fish recipies and other non-plant based proteins. She is correct in saying that consuming these foods have the resonant vibrations of death and fear, however as well all know these emotions and feelings are all part of life, and in a way by eating them we are somehow conquering them. Also, the japanese have very high consumption of raw foods and they have a well studied and documented highest life expectancy in the planet. It was very gutsy of her to incorporate this into her second book and in my opinion, totally right. Some reviewers of the book feel that the book is informative and good basics for the raw food starters. Some also feel that some of her advice can somehow be selectively followed, and that is not the case. Immagine doing the Atkins diet and eating carbs. That does not make any sense. You have to follow the diet to the letter. I think that the more controversial part of the book is her reccomended use of colonics. Colonics are very common in the medical field. In a lot of cases they are curative. Such as in patients who present volvulus or impactation. So if doctors use these procedures to cure patietns why not incorporate this into your ever day life. An amateur phylosophist may counter, "too much of anything is not good for you". And I would rebuttle, "how about brushing your teeth?". Is brushing your teeth after every meal too much? The answer is obviously No. I personally tried very hard to follow this diet to the letter. However I had some family issues and shamefully fell of the wagon when I went to McDonalds and ate a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese. I immediately went back to the green lemonades and raw vegetables and started feeling better about a week later. So stuff like this happens to everybody. I totally reccomend this book and the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of that internet rumor that said that the cover of her book has some biblical implications.
Raw Foodists Keep Searching! March 24, 2008 H. Tran (Houston, TX) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
As a new raw foodist enjoying the journey and seeking knowledge, you want to read as much as your mind can absorb. This book gives helpful tips along the way and some good recipes. But it really veers away from eating in food in the raw state, with plenty of recipes calling for cooking or putting in the oven. I couldn't get deeply into the vibrating theory, but I'm sure it's true on a scientific level. The best thing that I took away from reading the book was her education on eating optimally so that your food digests easily and is eliminated quickly. Since making that shift in my eating, I can feel a bigger difference my overall energy in relation to easily digestible meals. She also incorporates raw goat cheese heavily into recipes.
Very informative for first time "Raw-foodists" March 9, 2008 Jenna Darling 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My own health and growing health concerns starting me reasearching into the "Raw food diet". This was the first book I read and though it came across as a bit of an information overload, it was still very helpful in explaining the extensive overall health benefits. I was a little dissapointed there weren't more recipes in this book but I suppose that means my next book should be strictly a raw food recipe book. I think this a great book for someone just starting out as it explains how you can gradually shift to raw food without having to give up cooked food completely. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in learning about the raw food diet and lifestyle.
