I purchased this at Bed & Bath over a year ago for my office. It has been BEAT UP by myself and colleagues, making some days 3 pots of coffee a day. The dispenser the brew time all of it are great!
I wish I could shut off the auto-off feature, but I appreciate the safety mindedness of having it in place. THis is a well-built unit that has certainly been worth the money and has served me well.

This unit made great coffee...for not quite 6 months. Called Hamilton Beach warranty department - to get a replacement you must do the following: Write a snail-mail letter describing the problem, cut off the end of the cord and mail along with a check for $9.95 to their service center. Some warranty...I'm not impressed.

I loved this Brewstation Deluxe and used it daily for about a year with great results, but then it started leaking coffee out of the bottom. I wasn't able to find the source of the leak. Then, it quit brewing a full cycle. I'd fill it to make a full pot, and it would shut off and stop brewing after brewing only 2 cups. And on top of those problems, the clock stopped working! I gave up on it and threw it in the garbage.

We absolutely love this coffee maker. Haven't had any issues with it yet. I've had it for a few weeks now. No leaking at all. Fairly quick brew (and we only have used it on Flavor+ so far). Plus it's so fun to use! Definitely recommend this coffee maker.
