Definitely better than many other coffee makers I've had. The coffee is good and hot, and the espresso side is a dream. Easy to use, easy to clean. Shop around for a good deal.

This coffee maker is a cheaply built rip-off. My pause-and-serve apparatus broke off after less than 5 uses. The plastic lid for the espresso pot broke off, leaving a chunk of plastic in my espresso. The stainless steel is actually silver plastic. The overall feel is cheap and flimsy. I've seen the reviews of this product on other sites and the consensus is that it is a mistake to purchase this item.
