Product arrived undamaged. Followed the included directions and started making coffee. It has already made over 100 pots of great coffee. What more can I say. Wish I had a local source for the filters.

Gave this to my husband for Father's Day. Was the best gift I could have chosen. It has made things so much easier for him in the mornings while getting ready for work (nothing more frustrating than waiting on an old style coffee pot to give you a needed cup of coffee!!) Have found no negative points to report. Bunn has a great reputation and this is a good product - would buy it again.

I am sorry to say I am very disappointed with the Bunn GRX-W 10 cup Coffee Brewer I ordered and received. The reason being that it leaks in the back, all the time on my counter. I am going to check into returning it today. I have to go out and buy a new one because I have to continually wipe up water.

My last Bunn coffee maker lasted 10 years and we used it every day. This one seems just as good. Love the fact you get coffee as soon as you add water. You can't go wrong with this product.
