Was not happy with this one........March 15, 2008 J. Terry(Middlebury, IN) The hot plate doesn't keep coffee as hot as my last coffeemaker. I'm one who tops off a half cup so I always had to nuke it in the microwave. Also the filter holder opens & closes very hard plus is hard to remove and replace for cleaning. Just too many things wrong with this coffeemaker, it will end up in the barn or at Goodwill.

I bought this coffee maker four months ago and it has already given up. It has had very little use. The coffee it made was tepid but I don't have to worry about that anymore. I won't be buying another Black and Decker product if I can avoid it.
