 Great coffee, easy to use July 12, 2008

This is probably the best coffee maker I've ever owned. Coffee tastes great, it's easy to use, programmable timer is very handy. The only criticism I might have is that it is a very large unit on my limited counter space, but that can't be helped, it has a lot of different functions it is trying to accomplish. There is occasionally a tiny residual amount of coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup, but I think that is my fault, I think I am setting the grinder too fine.
I think most people would be very happy with this coffee maker. I've had this for a little over a month and no problems!

I have had two Melita grind and brews and liked them but I think that this is easier to use and produces an excellent cup of coffee. Fine tuning the strength only took a couple of pots and the coffee is excellent. Cleaning has not been a problem and I like being able to store the beans and not have to measure every time. My only complaint is one that I have seen before...that pouring from the carafe can be messy as it dribbles. It seems a minor fault and I can control it somewhat by pressing down on the lid when I do pour. I hope that it continues to work well over a reasonable period of time. So far, so good.

We like this product for its convenience but the pot is too small for our family of 3 coffee drinkers. I'm also concerned about how hot the counter top becomes under the heating unit. It's almost too hot to touch.

I have found that this coffeemaker has lived up to the reviews I have read about it before purchasing. It is very easy to use. It doesn't make a big mess when grinding the coffee. It also is pretty quiet for a grinder. It makes an excellent cup of coffee.

finally a effortless coffeemaker that brews a fine cup of coffee.it makes you almost look forward to getting up to the smell of the coffee brewing.i think anyone who reads the instructions will master this machine easily.
