| Editorial Reviews:
Amazon.com Review George Foreman's signature infusion grill reinforces the big guy's mantra of "knocking the fat out" by offering yet another healthy cooking technique. Infusion grilling combines grilling and steaming, producing familiar grill marks on the outside of your meat but keeping moisture and flavor inside. This grill has an infusion cup for liquids in its center so you can steam specific flavors into your meats, such as hickory-smoke flavoring, hot pepper sauce, or garlic. This large circular grill can easily fit a pair of New York strip steaks or four to six chicken breasts and drains all the fat runoff into a separate tray. Its easy-to-use temperature control goes up to 440 degrees F and offers a warming option as well. A see-through glass lid helps trap moisture into your meats as they cook and lets you watch their progress. The nonstick skillet cleans up easily and can be immersed in water. This infusion grill comes with a slotted spatula and six skewers. --Cristina Vaamonde

My American Tandoori oven May 12, 2005 Ms. Nancy L. Maynard (Woodbridge, Virginia) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
When I bought this thing 3 years ago I thought I might do kabobs on it but not only does it cook kabobs beautifully it also cooks tandoori chicken and tandoori bread! I can't have an open flame grill where I live, and when I bought this I used it in the apartment. Now I take it on my patio to grill. I like the see-through lid which most of these grills don't have. It's too bad they've discontinued this product
Great Grilling! January 7, 2004 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I rec'd this for a gift about 4 yrs ago and I use mostly in the winter. I just love it!! It grills very well, the temp. control is great, and I can leave food on to keep warm.I usually fill the infusion cup w/hot water, and the meats are more tender. It doesn't really "infuse" much flavor from it, but that's what seasonings are for. I'm now looking for another GF item to buy!
What is the hype about? June 27, 2003 Kathryn Farnsworth (Louisville, KY) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I used this thing once and I wish I had never bought it. It does not "infuse" anything and my chicken had to be finished in the microwave. We much prefer out grill outside to this joke of a cooking item. It is also huge which makes storing it difficult. I have given it to a very happy neighbor and just use my gas grill.
Does it Get Better Than This? June 22, 2003 Phyllis D. Bass (Houston, TX) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This grill makes cooking so very fun! Families should love it because the grill is huge and large enough to hold an entire meal. It is enlightening to see how much fat is lost using this product. It doesn't get much better than this.
A little more than I expected April 13, 2003 T. Harris (GA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
All I can say is that I wish I had listened to the other reviewers. The thing is TOO BIG! If I had a large family or if I entertained a lot, OK. But, an above-average sized grill would have done it for me. I bought it, so I will have to try and find someone who could use it more often than myself.
