The Simply Calphalon Nonstick Anodized line of cookware is an excellent alternative for those who prefer cooking on a nonstick surface and who desire Calphalon quality at a budget price. This sauté pan has high sides and a domed lid, making it ideal for cooking with liquids. The 3-quart size is large enough to brown and deglaze about three chicken breasts or braise three veal shanks in sauce. Made of durable hard-anodized aluminum of uniform thickness, the pan is an excellent heat conductor and cooks food quickly and evenly. Its double-coated nonstick interior prevents food from sticking and makes cleanup easier. The pan has oval stainless-steel handles with a blasted satin finish that are comfortable to grip and are held in place by sturdy stainless-steel rivets. Also made of brushed stainless steel, the lid is domed to keep moisture in during cooking. This cookware is oven-safe up to 375 degrees F so you don't have to dirty several pans to make one dish. I decided to wait to review this because a number of people complain about non-stick pans after they have been used for a longer period of time.
I use this usually every other day (at least) for the last 2 months. We do take care not to use anything metal and to also take proper care when cleaning. So far we are very happy. I have a pot rack so the oversized loop on the lid is not an issue for storage.

This is an excellent pan for preparing a whole meal including the veggies! With its high, straight sides nothing spills out. It can go from stovetop to tabletop and the cleanup is a snap. And my husband says, "...and you say you can't cook!" One pan, one meal (or two), what more can I say.
