This is probably the best cookware I have ever used. I'm tired of nonstick. This product can be used for any type of cooking with excellent results, whether making eggs or browning meat. Kudos to Calphalon. I'm a user since the original anodized was introduced.

I bought the Calphalon chinese made 5 quart Dutch Oven to make my weekday night chili. It warped. Useless on my ceramic range. Tossed it and began buying Calphalon One Infused. This is the best cookware I have ever used. I am waiting for the shallow 5 quart for a larger browning surface but in the mean time the 4 1/2 quart sauce pan does a great job browning the beef. To the buyers that say everything sticks, you do not know how to cook. Go to chinamart and buy cheap nonstick and enjoy the chemicals that transfer to your food. Buy only USA made Calphalon, it is the best.

Gave it to my mother for Christmas. She loves it. Mom got rid of other pans of similar size -- she uses this one exclusively.
