Product Description Cuisinart 622-20 Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized 8in. Open Skillet
Amazon.com Review From eggs at breakfast to fish, chicken, or steak at dinnertime, this 8-inch open skillet is a great all-round performer when cooking for one or two. The advanced Quantanium nonstick coating is designed for healthy low-fat cooking, and titanium reinforcement makes it tough enough for use with metal utensils Even the most delicate foods can be cooked without sticking, and cleanup is quick and easy. Cuisinart Chef's Classic cookware is constructed from durable 3mm hard-anodized aluminum, providing superb heat transfer without hot spots. The securely riveted stay-cool steel handles are oven-safe to 500 degrees F, so food can be browned on the stovetop then transferred to the oven to finish cooking. This pan should be hand-washed with a mild detergent, and it carries a limited lifetime warranty against defects. --Simon Leake

Best Buy June 30, 2008 Kutegirl (New Jersey) This is the best pot to buy, it don't even require cleaning. Very good buy.
After Two Months June 29, 2008 James K. Wobser (Hyampom, CA) I am very disappointed with this product. Almost everything sticks to it, especially eggs, which is what I bought it for.
Cusinart 8inch skillet June 20, 2008 Geraldine Shoemaker (Grand Rapids, Michigan United States) I like this pan, but it does NOT fry eggs without any shortening, as the company suggests. I do need to add butter or margarine, or oil, otherwise the eggs stick, although the pan washes easily, and completely, with little effort.
Love this pan March 21, 2008 E. Gaskins (Silver Spring, MD) I ordered the 10 inch size of this pan and loved it so I also purchased the 8 inch size. It heats evenly is truly no-stick and looks great on the stove. The handle is attractive and easy to grip. It does not get hot. I love this brand and plan to buy more of the set.
Cuisinart Skillets November 4, 2007 T. L. Huth (Potomac, MD United States) We have purchased 2 of the 8, 10 and 12 inch skillets over the last 3 years and they are the best skillets we have ever had.
