The lids on these and the pouring spouts in the pans make this the easiest to use cookware ever. I have bought expensive cookware in the past and they held up no longer than the more modestly priced offerings. Just makesure you get the Italian line. It has the pour feature on the pans and the clear lid with and drain/steam escape option on the lid. Also a rubber top handle so no potholder is necessary.
