Good size good depth June 5, 2008 Jed N. Kaplowitz (New York City, NY) What can you say about a pan. Item is easy to clean and nothing sticks. The glass cover is great because sometimes you don't want to uncover while cooking. We had another Saute Pan that eventually fell apart (the handle broke off). Very satisfied with this Saute Pan.
Versatile pan April 9, 2008 SBCook (SB, California) Good, solid, large size saute. Carmelized a large batch of onions beautifully. Read directions regarding heat and preheating and clean-up will be a breeze. Great size for soups, pastas, curries. I'm using it on a regular basis. For tri-ply stainless, this is a good pan at a decent price. I can see why the reviews are so positive!
Great cookware March 26, 2008 Min-Jeong Kim (Rockville, MD USA) I put Cusineart MultiClad Pro Stainless cook wares in my wedding registry after lots of study and searching. My husband and I have been using this saute pan for a month now and we love it!! It is large enough to cook dish (requiring space and depth of pan. I used it for making phad thai, Fajita, pasta,.. and it made cooking them so easy compared with previous experiences of using smaller saute pans. (It's like the difference between using a large cutting board and a small cutting board.) Easy to clean up. The only thing I don't like is that the handle gets hot while cooking so you might want to use kitchen mitt. Still I found this highly recommendable. I am planning to get another in case of throwing a party at our place.
nice even heating December 29, 2007 V. Stephens (Lodi CA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This huge capacity saute pan worked great for my Christmas mushroom soup on an electric stove. Good heat transfer and even heating. Cleans-up is easily too. A nice upgrade from our old Revere Ware. Can't wait to upgrade to a gas stove now!
great cookware, great price November 23, 2007 Mary L. Mcgough (San Jose, CA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I think this cookware is a really great alternative to All Clad Stainless. I have three pieces of the Cuisinart Multiclad and they are all comparable to the All Clad in terms of performance. Careful - you have to take care of these pans. Don't put salt in them unless there is boiling liquid or the pans will pit and I wouldn't recommend putting them in the dishwasher. Another comparable line is the Calphalon Tri-Ply. The reviewer who stated the prices are made up seems to be full of brown him or herself. I looked at the Cuisinart Web Store online and the list prices matched the quoted prices here on Amazon. Check for yourself! Then buy on Amazon where the price is lower.
