Package was in excellent condition when delivered. All parts were separately wrapped to avoid damage especially the spicket. The steamer is great and allows for ample space to cook lobsters for the entire family. 4 two pounders with no problem or boil over.

I opend the box to find that the cover had been damaged. I phoned UPS and reported the problem. They aked me what I paid and said they would send someone in 3-5 days to view the product. They stated they would reimburse me for the amount if they found it was damaged.No one ever came.I phoned UPS and was told that the check was being sent to the shipper and they would send me the check. I never thought I would be taken on an order placed through AMAZON.COM

Granite Ware 3-Piece 19-Quart Decorated Clam and Lobster Steamer with faucet I cooked once using this product, and was very happy with the results - until some small overheating caused the washers in the faucet to melt. It now sits unusable, until I can find replacement washers (they are "specialty" and not available at your friendly neighborhood hardware store).

i was sent the pot twice and both times it was recieved damaged and missing the faucet. it seems to be packed poorly.

What a nice big steamer--steamed the clams excellent and holds the juice below so if you'd like to make chowder, you have natural ingredients. I would highly recommend this product.
