1 out of 5 stars The non-stick material is PTFE   December 24, 2007

From Wikipedia "Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a fluoropolymer discovered by Roy J. Plunkett (1910-1994) of DuPont in 1938. It was introduced as a commercial product in 1946 and is generally known to the public by DuPont's brand name Teflon ."

So even though they advertise their products as not having Teflon, it is made with the exact same materials as those called Teflon, they just don't use the Teflon name. So those who want to avoid the offgasing of non stick products may want to think twice about this one as well.
