Poor ChoiceJune 11, 2008 David Pettit(MD) I was not pleased with the quality of this item. It's biggest problem is that it is advertised as having a porcelain interior to make it not require seasoning and make cleanup easy. But the interior surface is so rough that I can't tell if it has an enamel finish. The next problem is the press is not one peice. The handle is screwed to the press. I don't know if the surface that matches to the press is painted to prevent rust. I doubt it because the handle is unpainted on the underside. It looks like it was spray painted from the top so it didn't get fully covered. I say go elsewere.
