Like to make pies or quiche, then this baby rocks! The bottom pops out for easy crust removal and cleaning.

I have Calphalon pots and pans, this is my first tart pan and yes I purchased it because of the name brand and it is a good value. Nice weight and it is sturdy. I would buy again.
