Coated inside and out with rugged nonstick, Circulon 2 cookware eliminates the chore of scrubbing pots and pans. Inside their bottoms, Circulon's patented Hi-Low system of concentric grooves creates narrow ridges to take utensil abuse, leaving low, wide grooves unscathed to readily release food and ensuring long life for the nonstick coating. Beneath the nonstick is harder-than-steel anodized aluminum. Pot and pan bottoms are left uncoated to conduct heat quickly and prevent hot spots. Slip-resistant synthetic grips on riveted, polished, stainless-steel handles stay cool on the stovetop and go safely in an oven up to 350 degrees F. Heavyweight, 18/10 stainless-steel lids polished to a mirror finish present a gleaming contrast to the attractive, charcoal gray, enamel-like appearance of Circulon 2's nonstick exterior. I love the circulon 2 cookware. It does take a bit to get used to but works very well. I like the way they heat so evenly and make simmering a joy. Overall very plaesed with this product

I purchased this cookware for my wife's 79th birthday and ever since I've felt like a new man. She likes it better than the diamond ring I bought for her last year. All praises to Amazon !!!!!!!!

Circulon is not as popular as Calphalon or Analon, but I think it is superior to either of them. I have had my set of pans for nearly 5 years and there's not a scratch on any of the pieces. My daughter has had her set for 7 years with no scratches. The tiny ridges on Circulon are what seems to account for this phenomenon. Both Circulon and Analon are smooth surfaced. I love my pans so much that I just recently bought a complete set for my son and his wife. Highly recommend Circulon pans!

I've been using these pots for almost 3 months and I can only say good things about them. They distribute the heat evenly, do not stick at all, and wash up easily. I'd recommend them highly for the day-to-day cooking that a family does.
