5 out of 5 stars One complaint   January 14, 2008

I agree with the other positive reviews. These pans are a great value. They look sleek, and they have a good weight without being too heavy.

My one complaint is that none of the three provided lids fit the saute pans. The dutch oven lid is about a half inch too small to fit the 10" saute pan, and the 2qt saucepan lid is a little small for the 8" saute pan. I have a couple of glass lids from other 2qt saucepans, and they do fit the 8" saute pan. Those also fit other 8" fry/saute pans that I have, suggesting it is Wearever's saucepans that are nonstandard sizes. In all fairness, the manufacturer does not claim the lids have multiple uses. A little foresight during the design process, though, would have made them more functional.

2 out of 5 stars Mixed Bag Comes Up a Little Empty   January 1, 2008

Excellent physical quality and about as non-stick as it gets, but I just can't warm up :-) to this set. Handle grips are too far out, there are too many sharp edges. This set is designed for cute, not comfort. The frying pan (purchased separately) is rather shallow. Not having a 3-qt pot is quite inconvenient, I've found.

I like the dark charcoal exterior. Interiors are very easy to clean.

5 out of 5 stars My Favorite Pans   December 28, 2007
C. Rush (W'ford, OK)
This is a wonderful set of cookware. I wanted a decent set of hard anodized pans without the high price, and this set is perfect. The pans are as heavy (and in some cases heavier) as the premium brands, and they look beautiful. They do require a little extra care, but they are well worth it.

5 out of 5 stars Non-stick quality!   October 6, 2007

These pans are truly hard and non-stick in nature. They are easy to clean and I am really enjoying their value as well. A great item!
