Consisting of a pasta ladle, a balloon whisk, and a serving spoon, this set of three big, rugged, nonstick tools bear the signature of celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse (Bam!) on shiny stainless-steel plates on their handles. They have all the quality and convenient design features you would expect from Emeril. They're safe for use with any cookware, won't harm a nonstick cooking surface, and are heat-resistant to 400 degrees F. Contoured to fit the hand snugly, their handles are soft, nonslip rubber and have holes in their ends for hanging on hook or peg. The pasta ladle, whose prongs separate and drain long pastas, such as linguine and spaghetti, measures 15 inches long. The balloon whisk, shaped to whip cream and beat egg whites, is 13 inches. And the serving spoon, with a long handle to protect hands from the heat, is 14 inches. All three tools are dishwasher safe. --Fred Brack
