    4 out of 5 stars Cuisinart Chef's Classic Skillet   September 23, 2008
    K. Rondum (Maryland USA)
Good quality for the special price. If you want it to be non-stick, do not use high heat.

3 out of 5 stars Pan sticks   July 27, 2008
    kitchen junkie (Honolulu)
Inexpensive. Nice looking. Convenient size. Pan sticks, however, and that is the reason for 3 stars. Perhaps it is me, but on my glass-top stove, the pan stuck when I tried simple egg-frying. Not sure what I could do differently - pretty simple operation. I have the 14" (great size) and it is beginning to stick too. I have the covered 10" and it is an excellent pan and very nice looking and, for some reason, does not stick.

    5 out of 5 stars 8 inch skillet   July 14, 2008
    J. Warren (north carolina coast)
Beautiful skillet, cleans well, heats quickly and evenly. It is perfect for omelets. The surface cleans nicely. I was tired of non-stick surfaces scratching and needing to be replaced. I am going to purchase more of the Cuisinart stainless products.

5 out of 5 stars Nice little pan   May 15, 2008
    K. D'Orazio (Buffalo, NY)
I love the Chef's Classic line of cookware! This is a great little pan for smaller portions of food. I use the 12-inch everyday pan for most of my cooking, but this one comes out for eggs or side dishes. I like using it for smaller jobs. Make sure you use enough fat, keep the temperature low, and keep a can of barkeeper's friend handy for easy cleaning.

    2 out of 5 stars Disapointed   April 29, 2008
    Ronnie McCurry (Charlotte, NC USA)
I am one of those crying about the pan sticking. I have tried all types of oils and sprays and can't do something so simple as fry an egg with this pan or any of the 3 I have. It is impossible to flip an egg without breaking the yolk because it sticks. The larger dome covered pan I have was used one time to fry burgers and now it is discolored. I would not recommend this to anyone and would love to get rid of mine. Unfortunately I threw away the boxes assuming these were quality.
