Concentric grooves in the bottoms and an advanced, titanium-composite nonstick coating create a rugged, unique food-release system inside the pot and pans in this 8-piece set of mirror-finish, 18/10 stainless-steel cookware. The concentric grooves (Circulon's patented "Hi-Low" design) create narrow ridges to take utensil abuse, leaving the low, wide grooves unscathed over time. I bought this 8 piece Circulon set for some friends, because my experience with my set, and then some, has been a delight. I've had mine for more than a year now, and they still look brand new. They cook evenly, quickly and, they're very stylish. They aren't heavy either. If your looking for the perfect cookware, I'ld say that circulon has my vote!
