Amazon.com Review This eight-piece cookware set from Farberware includes 1- and 2-quart covered saucepans; a 5-quart covered Dutch oven; and 7- and 10-inch skillets. The lid from the Dutch oven also fits the 10-inch skillet. All pieces are constructed of heavy-gauge aluminum for quick and even heat distribution. A scratch-resistant nonstick coating covers the pans' interiors and exteriors and helps foods release easily, making cleanup quick. See-through glass lids trap moisture, flavor, and nutrients, and allow you to view the food while cooking. The pans' riveted handles are oven-safe to 350 degrees F and stay cool on the stovetop. Farberware cookware is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household use for the lifetime of the cookware. More detailed warranty information can be found inside each package. --Rhonda Langdon What's in the Box 1-quart saucepan with lid, 2-quart saucepan with lid, 5-quart Dutch oven with lid, 7-inch skillet, 10-inch skillet

pots September 17, 2007 rockpyle (usa) A good set for the money. We are not big cooks but they do what we need. The dutch oven was scraped when we got it but Farberware replaced it after notification.
Nice Set March 20, 2006 The Frugal Shopper A nice set of pans and a good deal at $39.99. Great quality for the price.
Not bad for a cheap set April 10, 2004 Moxy (Charlotte, NC United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
These are better than the T-Fal set we purchased for a lot more $$$. I've had this set since August 2003 (it's April 2004) and I have to say I'm still pretty pleased with this set. I don't wash them in the dishwasher that often, and I only use wooden or plastic utensils on them, so they're not scratched. My only concerns with them are that the bolts that connect the handle to the pot in the inside of the pot often trap food (especially tomato sauce) and are hard to get 100% clean and the large skillet is nice, but a little smaller than what I'm used to. Otherwise, it's held up quite nicely for a set that's so cheap! I'd buy it again!
Farberware does it again March 30, 2004 S. BARNES (Rome, GA United States) This cookware is well made and does not cost alot. I would buy these again. Farberware has been making cookware for a long time and this set proves they do it well.
Being a bachlor March 22, 2004 mike (Tulsa, OK United States) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I ordered the cookware as listed and expected very little for the price but was very surprised to get some high quality pots and pans--I NEVER write opinions on things I order from the internet as I usually get at best what I ordered and no more but in this case I felt I had to tell others of the quality product I recieved. The pots and pans have HEAVY duty handles and the glass lids have a large non heat conducting handle for easy use--watch out for the metal ring that surrounds the galss as it does get hot.. Bottom line Buy it espcially if you are on a tight budget but want excelent quality at a very low price......
