Great fryer for couples, small families March 16, 2010

This is perfect for couples! The recipes are endless....so far, we have tried french fries, donuts,etc. Just be careful not to put the utensil in the dishwasher and the lid is also plastic so don't let hot oil get on it or it can melt.

I wanted a small fryer to do chicken and fish. I live alone but usually share with a neighbor. This is the perfect little fryer. Not too big and not too little. I can fry enough chicken for 3 people at one time. Frys perfectly -doesnt burn and makes it so much easier than a skillet. So if you want a fryer and have a smaller size family this is perfect and to be honest you could probably use it for a family of four - unless they are big eaters. I am very happy with this particular fryer.
