Amazon.com Review Capable of toasting up to six slices of bread at once as well as baking and broiling, this countertop toaster oven comes in handy for everything from breakfast to a midnight snack. It provides 1,500 watts of power for baking a cake in the 9-1/4-by-10-3/4-inch pan that's included, broiling a salmon steak on the baking pan's aluminum broil insert, or toasting a cheese sandwich on the oven's slide-out chrome rack. Both the baking pan and the oven's interior are coated in hard enamel that distributes heat evenly and cleans easily. One nice touch is a stay-cool rubber-handle tool that grips the rack so it can be removed without burning your fingers. For the oven, a thermostat adjusts the temperature from the Keep Warm setting to 450 degrees F, and the toast function has a three-setting browning control with audible tone and automatic shutoff when toasting is complete. Housed in chrome with black and silver accents, the toaster oven contributes the retro styling cool of a '58 Chevy's bright bumper to the kitchen. It measures 16-1/2 inches wide (including stay-cool handles on the bottom), 8-3/4 inches high, and 14 inches deep (including a cord wrap in the rear and chrome handle for the glass door). The oven carries a one-year warranty against defects. --Fred Brack

Great oven October 5, 2007 Kelly I highly recommend this oven to anyone who wants a high quality toaster oven. When guests actually comment that your TOASTER OVEN is "very cool" - you have to laugh and say, "yeah, I know!" Not only does this toaster have the best looking, sleak design, it works even better. It has a larger than normal cooking space and I frequently use it for baking and broiling dinners for 2 instead of turning on my oven. It is also very accurate in temperature and I never worry about things being over or under cooked. It also broils perfectly. Very easy to clean with a removable bottom stainless tray that catches everything. This is THE toaster oven. I have other Delonghi counter appliances and like them as well - can't beat the upscale look and performance of their products.
Top Of The Line August 29, 2007 Hilde Holodnak A Top Of The Line product.Works perfectly.Keeps its like new condition after 2yrs of daily use.
Five years and still going strong August 18, 2007 Eleanor E. Templeton (Bronx, NY United States) I have been extremely happy with not only the look of this toaster oven, but also its function. Yes, the temperature settings were a little confusing, but reading the manual helped and now it's second nature to use. We do everything from broil burgers to toast; we use this more than 5 times a week. I'm honestly surprised to see so many people having trouble with them breaking down! I have never needed to jiggle the timer. We do keep it very clean; I empty the crumb tray once a week and wipe the glass. I've found it to be extremely reliable and after 5 years of regular use the knobs are all still tight. Also, I actually like the loud ticking, as typically we put the burgers in and then sit down in the living room and chat while they are cooking; the volume of the ticking and the bell is a great long-distance alert.
Love it January 3, 2007 Helena Guillermo Gee, we love this oven. Baking, broiling toasting it does it all and efficiently.
disappointed December 9, 2006 Jennifer Conine (Red Bank, NJ United States) For an expensive brand, this toaster is a big disappointment. I received it as a gift last xmas and it has been a year of half-burned toast and poorly cooked food. When i put bread in to toast I have to stand at the machine and watch to frequently turn the bread over and over. If I don't do this then one side turns out black and one side is still soft bread. Also, the toaster fills up with condensation every time I use it unless i leave the door open. Overall a disappointment given the brand name and cost.
