FILTER AND GASKET Placed on top of the center part of the coffee container for safety, it prevents the espresso from splattering if the lid is opened during the brewing process. Made of high-quality stainless steel, it?s durable and long lasting. STAINLESS STEEL HAND-HELD FROTHER -Froth milk (non-fat, cold is recommended) in a separate cup with battery-powered frother. Add the froth to your espresso for a delicious cappuccino. You can also use the frother to create a rich crema?the essence of an authentic espresso. Before the ?moka process? is complete, remove the coffee container from the base and pour the first small amount of espresso brewed into your cup. Add sugar to the espresso and then use the frother. Replace the coffee container and resume the brewing process. Pour the remainder of the coffee into your cup. The result is a perfect crema! If you enjoy expresso then you will definitely enjoy the use of this machine, not only does it make excellent coffee but one of the key factors for buying it is the capability of taking it wherever you want to go, vacation or otherwise and not have to worry about a stove. Highly recommend it.
