The Impressa Series from Jura-Capresso is the creme de la creme in home espresso machines. This state-of-the-art super-automatic espresso maker boasts the latest innovations out of Swiss-based Jura-Capresso. Thanks to a sturdy black ABS plastic and chrome plated exterior, chromed die cast coffee spout, and stainless steel grid, the F8 sets itself apart from entry level super-automatic coffee centers, which are made completely of plastic. The Impressa F8's dual process pre-infusion cycle is one of Jura-Capresso's finest innovations. During the first phase, the freshly ground coffee is moistened with drops of water. In the second phase, the hot brewing water plunges through the swollen coffee grounds. The pre-infusion cycle means all of your coffee drinks will be brewed with maximum flavor extraction and a giant crema topping; all you have to do is press the brew button. The Jura-Capresso Impressa F8 uses a premium stainless lined thermal heating block for rapid steaming and brewing. When you finish brewing, the F8's heating system quickly creates loads of hot, dry steam in a matter of seconds. When you finish steaming, the F8 is immediately ready to brew again. The Impressa F8's integrated professional solid steel conical burr grinder has 6 settings, which allow you to adjust the fineness to accommodate any coffee beans from light to dark roasts. I love this coffee maker! No more cleaning pots, bitter burnt coffee, coffee filters, daily cleaning, grinding coffee beans etc... This coffee maker does it all! The Impressa F8 makes the best coffee I ever tasted. It is almost too good to be true. All you have to do is select your cup size and press a button...it is that easy. We have three people in our house who drink coffee in the morning now everyone gets a fresh cup of coffee whenever they want. No more drinking the burnt bitter left over coffee that has been sitting in the pot for who knows how long. Cleaning is as easy as pressng a button all you need to do is empty the used bean tray every so often (the machine tells you when). If you drink coffee every day...this is well worth the cost! I wish I had one of these sooner!
