Product Description This unique attachment is all you need for whipping up egg whites and whipped cream in a flash. Fits with any KitchenAid 11-cup food processor and features specially designed blades that allow air to fully incorporate into your mix so you can produce fluffy, light dishes and toppings. Constructed of durable white plastic and is dishwasher safe.
Amazon.com Review To whip up a quick meringue or top a Tom and Jerry, pop this KitchenAid egg whip attachment into the food processor and let fly. The heavy-duty white plastic attachment includes a 6-1/4-inch-wide whipping paddle, a stem, and a cap, and connects to the shaft and work-bowl cover of the processor. KitchenAid has designed the separate pieces to lock together securely and come apart easily for cleaning. Best of all, they can be run through the dishwasher when you're finished. --Emily Bedard

Perfect for small amounts November 29, 2005 NuJoi (Chicago, IL United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I use this attachment when whipping small amounts of liquid. The results are not as good as those you get with a stand mixer, but I agree with the previous reviewer in that the results are better than a hand mixer. I use the egg whip most when making baked omlettes, where the egg whites need to be whipped.
Decent Egg Whipper February 26, 2001 Posamentier (Berkeley, CA United States) 20 out of 22 found this review helpful
This attachment works OK--better than doing by hand. This does not work so well sometimes when whipping in other incredients and allows for less control than a stand mixer offers. This is definitely better than a hand blender, though.
