Brought old blender back to life June 21, 2008

I just picked this kit up at kmart for $10. I was excited because I needed the rubber gaskets and the blade, the lid was to big. Now the blender I inherited (I think it was made in the 60's), can be used again. The blade and gaskets fit perfectly in my old blender.

This was a great deal!!!! I only needed the middle top of the blender cover and thought I had to pay $16.00 for a top only. I bought this set and it is the original accessory plus I get a nice package to replace the blades when they are won. For $20 I was able to get extras of the little rubber as well.
Good quality, good price, fast shipping. I am satisfied with this one.

Everything works fine, except that the lid doesn't fit my blender (it's too big). Anyone want a lid? The product appears to be a legit replacement kit, unlike some of the other products available on amazon that appear to be chinese rip-offs.

Was thrilled to find pieces to replace ones mistakenly thrown out, rather than have to buy another blender. The only drawback is the cover is white and my blender is black.
