Product Description A sturdy tool with a delicate touch. The blade of this stainless steel spatula is thin and flexible, so it easily slips under food, and is angled and offset for greater control when lifting and turning. The long slim spines and long slots make draining a breeze. Great for all-purpose cooking and dishwasher-safe.

The only one you'll ever need June 23, 2008 Martha O. Polasek 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This spatula is the best. You can use it for anything!!!! It is lightweight and so flexible and excellent quality. I plan to give to my friends and family as gifts I like it so much. i also bought the 13" and it is really great for turing fish and steaks without making a mess I use them both to turn with no problem. It is so slim, that it does not interfere with breadings but can easily make short work of scraping drippings for gravy. Love it!!!
Good for the price March 29, 2008 Lynnie B (Petaluma, CA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Guess I'm still looking for the vintage 1950, Holy Grail of all spatulas, the one I learned to cook with, the 'Batter Beater'. I was a little disappointed, too, that the blade was not as thin nor as angled as expected. Suggest Amazon attempt to show that critical bit of info in the future. The spatula works well, though, and can be washed in the dishwasher. The handle gets slippery when greasy, although does not heat up when left on the edge of a hot pan - good news to those of us who are forgetful. It fits the curve of a pan or bowl, and it's truly a great multi-tasker: goes from helping break eggs for the omlette, beating them, and turning/plating said omlette with surprising ease, again, due to that tricky little curve at the end. It has quickly become a favorite kitchen tool (second to, of course, the Better Batter Beater!). Strongly suggested, especially for the price.
Awesome December 24, 2007 KeitaroSempai (San Francisco, CA) The edge of the spatula is too thick, but once I sharpened it down on a waterstone and put a polished edge on it, it outperformed my LamsonSharp spatula in terms of flexibility and abuse. You can really flex this thing and it'll bounce right back to its original shape. My LamsonSharp started getting pretty weak after 2 months of hard use. 4/5 stars for being too thick coming out of the factory, but nothing a handy person can't fix.
Made in China May 15, 2007 mr-peabody (Miami, FL USA) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I confess that I was a little disappointed with the quality of this spatula. It is on par with other stainless steel kitchen gadgets coming out of China these days, but I thought I was paying more for Swiss quality.

this is a very nice, thin, flexible, good feel in the hand, light weight but strong spatula.
