Product Description This KitchenAid food processor comes with an ultra wide mouth feed tube (the industry's largest) that accommodates tomatoes, cucumbers and potatoes with a minimum of sectioning or slicing, saving you time in the initial stages of preparation. A separate section lets you feed smaller items into the work bowl such as single carrots, celery, herbs and nuts. A feed tube pusher is also included. With the Pulse button, you can control the length of cutting or the slicing process so sliced tomatoes don't become a sauce. The food processor comes with three work bowls: a 12-cup bowl for large jobs, a 10-cup chef's bowl that fits inside the 12-cup work bowl (slice or shred items while keeping the larger work bowl clean for another job) and a 4-cup mini bowl with its own mini blade for smaller jobs like chopping herbs, mincing garlic or making bread crumbs. The food processor comes with a multi-purpose blade, slicing and shredding discs (2- and 4-mm slicing discs and 4-mm shredding disc), a blade for mixing and kneading bread and pizza dough, an egg whip for whipping cream and egg whites for meringues, mousses and souffles, a citrus press for juicing small limes and large grapefruits and an accessory case for storing all of the accessories along with a spatula and cleaning tool (also included). The ultra-durable, polycarbonate work bowls are built to last, are stain-resistant and dishwash

Never Fail Kitchenaid May 25, 2008 Kathleen D. Nerz (pennsylvania) I purchased this food processor to replace my 7 cup Kitchenaid food processor, which, by the way, has been great. I needed a larger capacity and wanted the different thickness slicing blades and citrus press. It is wonderful, powerful and versatile. I have many Kitchenaid items in my kitchen and, as always, would recommend this to anyone.
KitchenAid KFPW760WH 700 Watt Food Processor May 24, 2008 Jane Boyd (Brookfield, WI) I did a lot of research before purchasing this unit. There were conflicting reviews from people on the pros and cons of a Cuisanart vs the Kitchen Aid. I am delighted that I picked the Kitchen Aid. The unit does everything it professes to, in such a short amount of time, and is so much fun to use. The whole unit is so easy to clean that it takes no time at all to clean up afterwards. I now look for recipes that I can use my KitchenAid for.
LOVE IT! May 9, 2008 Brit abroad (Houston, TX USA) I used to be a Magimix devotee. I have had my Kitchenaid for nearly four months now and I will NEVER go back! I love everything about it. The main body and attachments are all made from extremely sturdy and thick materials; the blade, grate, juice and slice functions perform brilliantly; I have made some of the best pizza doughs, cake mixes, mariandes, salads and juices all thanks to my Kitchenaid. I would recommend this to anyone especially those that have high standards for kitchen preparation appliances and need something that can endure heavy and frequent use. If I were to have to write one negetive thing it would be that the spatula that comes with the set is disappointing for a kitchenaid and they should have put in one of their rubberized head tools but, seriously, that's about all I can find wrong with it so far...
kitaid-toony April 5, 2008 Anthony Sokal (Olean, Ny) Very powerful and fast. Makes cookie dough very well. Very heavy and does not vibrate and move like my old processor. Do not use for liquids. Power makes top leak and overflow when doing liquids. I agree with some previous reviews that downgrade product for leaking. They should have some sort of seal to prevent spillage.
gift for chef March 7, 2008 Wanda (Melbourne, FL USA) For my son who is a cooking fiend, he'd been lusting after this, it is perfect!
