Works For Me! September 29, 2008 Bonnie Lass (St. Paul, MN USA) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I purchased this mini food processor quite recently, and we use it all the time, mainly to chop and mix healthy steamed vegetables with potatoes or rice. This way, we end up with a lot less carbs, but still get the satisfaction of having potatoes or rice. So far, I have not used it for anything else, but it handles what we need just fine. It is pretty easy to clean and handles very simply. Also, the Amazon price really rocks -- I bought this on Amazon for about half of what I would have paid at the giant discount retailers. By the way, by using this little wonder to help provide us with healthier meals with more fiber and nutrients, I have lost 12 lbs since we got it. I love Indian food, so I generally make my potato or rice and vegetable concoction and pour various Indian curry dishes or other tasty Indian sauces with meat or no meat. Works really well.
Perfect for hummus! September 7, 2008 N. Tierney (China temporarily, USA normally) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this primarily so I could make my homemade hummus. And it works great! I have used it for other stuff too and it worked great for that too.
A MUST HAVE August 30, 2008 Dorothy Desmarais-moitoso (Norton, MA United States) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I researched this handy counter top tool and read all reviews for days before purchasing. This being my THIRD, yes third kitchen tool of its kind (the other two got donated to Good Will because they didn't live up to the manufactures claims)I have to say that this is the best little kitchen companion. It has cut my prep time 75%...it is a must have!!! Really!
The right size for baby food August 24, 2008 A. Sagray (Denverish) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
We use this food processor for homemade baby food production. We had a tough time finding a "just right-sized" food processor. Most of them are either massive, or barely big enough to grind up an onion. We wanted something we could tuck away in the cabinet when not in use. It is just the right size to grind up a bag of peas (minus the bag, of course) or a couple of steamed carrots or sweet potatoes. It could use a more powerful motor, though. It bogs down and starts to overheat if you fill it to capacity with particularly viscous foods.
convenience without being large March 8, 2008 Wanda S. Bonner (Nashville, TN USA) 17 out of 19 found this review helpful
I searched for the 4-cup processor and was not able to find it locally. Everyone had the 3-cup processor. This new one will easily chop a medium-sized onion and most everything needed for a recipe. It is light and small enough to keep on the counter. Just what I needed!
