This set of three disc attachments includes a thick slicing disc, a fine shredding disc, and a thin slicing disc. The thick slicing disc makes wonderful 1/4-inch slices of potatoes, eggplant, and squash for stews or soups, while the shredding disc can be used to grate cheese for topping pizza, carrots and other vegetables for salads, or chocolate or coconut for topping cakes. The thin slicing disc slices thinner potatoes for gratins or cabbage for coleslaw. Each disc slots easily onto the detachable disc stem, and the set comes with a detailed instruction/recipe booklet. --Jennifer Harris

The disc set includes a thick slicing dic, a fine shredding disc and a thin slicing disc for the 14-cup cuisinart food proessor. They are easy to use and the slicing and shredding go super fast. I have used the dics for soft and hard vegetables and they can even handle carrots which had to be blanched with the old discs I had. Great product at a great price.

This is a great product! I was given a DCL-7 Series Cuisinart food processer and it was missing the slicing blades. These fit and the savings was incredible. They slice and shred perfectly. I was impressed. I can't wait to get the specialty blades.
