    Amazon.com Review
This cooker boils up to seven eggs at one time or poaches one or two eggs in trays. You can use the calibrated water-level indicator to pour the precise amount of water needed to soft-, medium-, or hard-boil one to seven eggs. The indicator (a tube) has a steel pin in the bottom for piercing eggshells; this will leech out the sulfur so yolks remain yellow during cooking rather than turning green. Assuming the proper amount of water is in the egg holder, the timer will ensure the eggs are cooked to the desired level, and then indicates with a light and bell when the hard-boiling is completed. You can then set the timer switch to keep the eggs warm. The plastic egg holder is removable, letting you cool the eggs under running water. Everything cleans easily, including the nonstick coating on top of the boiling plate. The cooker measures 9-1/8 inches wide and 5-1/4 inches high. --Fred Brack

5 out of 5 stars The only way I will cook eggs ever again!   August 26, 2008
    C. Borden (Virginia, USA)
This machine is one of the best thing I have ever used! It took less than 5 minutes to make PERFECTLY done hard boiled eggs. I would recommend this to anyone that wants an easy and fool-proof way to make eggs (poached, soft-hard boiled, eggs for egg salad or deviled eggs)

5 out of 5 stars I love this egg cooker!   August 22, 2008
Linda Schweiner (De Pere, WI USA)
I have had this egg cooker for 2 years and I love it! I have been cooking for 30+ years and never thought I needed something to hard boil eggs, but this product is great! I have to admit that I only make hard boiled eggs with it; I've never done soft boiled or poached. I use them in salads and for deviled eggs. I use it almost weekly to cook 7 eggs at a time. I never poke the little hole in the bottom of the eggs anymore either. Once in a while one will crack during cooking, but I was going to crack them anyway:-) I put the hot eggs (in their rack) directly into the fridge until they cool down. They are perfect every time! I also marked the 7 egg line on the measuring beaker with white-out so it was easier to read. I run the plastic egg tray in my dishwasher on the top rack and it always comes out looking like new. I love this little egg cooker!

5 out of 5 stars Cooks eggs to perfection   August 15, 2008

I love this egg cooker! Had one a while back but it broke fairly quickly (the timer alarm quit working). So I bought a Cuisinart egg cooker and hated it. It either overcooked or undercooked the eggs. So, I'm taking a chance on this one again, because it does such a good job on eggs. My poached eggs are perfectly poached, and my hard-boiled eggs are perfectly hard-boiled. For the money, it's a great deal!

4 out of 5 stars Great addition to your kitchen!   July 30, 2008
    C. Sudore (Webster, NY)
I have had this cooker for several years now and it's a great addition to my kitchen especially in the summer with all the deviled eggs I end up preparing. Set it and forget it.... another reviewer said that it does not shut off automatically - this is true, however there is a really LOUD buzzer that goes off when the eggs are done... pretty hard not to hear it.
