THIS WAS A PAPERBACK SENT TO ME ROLLED UP. I WANTED TO SEND IT AS A GIFT ANED COULD NOT SEND IT SINCED IT LOOKED AWFUL. I EMAILED GOODMANS, CO. WHO SENT IT, COMPLAINING ABOUT IT AND WANTING TO RETURN IT AND THEY IGNORED MY ATTEMPT.

If you can only get 1 cookbook for your crock-pot, this is the one!
It has a great variety of recipes, and every one I have tried has received rave reviews.
The beef short ribs appetizer, the hot crab dip, the pork tenderloin w/cranberries & mustard, etc., are all wonderful, and I have made them multiple times.
I cannot wait to use my crock-pot even more frequently during the winter, as it makes cooking so easy!

This has a lot of recipes that are delicious, easy and good, as opposed to the recipes in some other books that seem to try to see how many weird, strange or clashing ingredients can be included in a recipe. This book also has a chapter of recipes from around the world, my husband & I love the Niku Jaga, Japanese beef stew. It's my favorite of the 12 slow cooker cookbooks I have.
