Great little toaster! I use it often. July 3, 2008 BarkingKat (Norman, OK USA) If you are looking for a small toaster oven to use for one or two servings, this is a great choice. It exceeded my expectations and I enjoy using it! I bought this because I was tired of my gigantic toaster oven eating up my limited apartment counter space. I saw this in a store but it was gone before I decided to buy it. I purchased it for x-mas 2006 and have been satisfied since. it is small so I cook half pizzas in it, re-heat one or two servings of left-overs, toast, broil etc. I do tend to babysit my toaster so sometimes I run a frozen English muffin through medium once, flip it and do it again. This is completely acceptable to me. I recently cooked five chick'n nuggets and a serving or so of fries in it all at once. Perfect! Cleaning is easy enough. Again, the convenient size is worth the smaller cleaning area. I really like that you shut the oven off by opening the toaster top. The heat escapes and the cooking stops quickly and I know it is off. There are non-metallic tabs on both sides so you can move it while it is hot and stop the toasting by pulling up the lever. This is a little difficult, but I don't think you are supposed to use it all the time. I have had no trouble.
Great item, June 11, 2008 UnderMySkinner (KY) We use it all the time and have had it for well over a year now. Use it for all sorts of things.
Works as advertised, but.... June 2, 2008 Ken W. (Lawrenceville, GA USA) The toaster is great. Works fast and just like a regular toaster. But...the oven is very small and some things tend to burn on top before they are cooked -- like frozen biscuits. I recommend turning the temp down at least 25 below what the recipe says.
Neither a good toaster nor a good oven June 1, 2008 R. Greenfield This multi-function device does none of it's tasks well. Toasting is extremely uneven and when used as an oven, it just burns the top of anything thicker than a piece of toast.
Generally good, but one major problem May 31, 2008 Cautious Consumer (New York) The problem I find with this toaster oven is that bread does not settle in the allotted slot unless I very carefully place it. I have had the unfortunate experience of, when the lever pops up, the toast sort of folds over and gets stuck in the machine because it wasn't resting in the slot perfectly. I don't know about you, but in the morning before I am properly caffeinated, my ability to use fine motor skills with my toast is out of my reach. Given the other good reviews, I'm wondering whether I have a poorly aligned version -- but this has been a considerably annoying flaw. (Hence, I am currently on Amazon looking for a new toaster!)
