This juicer is exactly what you need for juicing limes, or any other citrus fruit, one or two at a time. It works well, is stable and comfortable, and is a breeze to clean. The porcelain is dishwasher-safe and doesn't degrade like plastic.
I saw this juicer on sale at a local store and its clean, effective design so impressed me that I immediately snapped up the only blue one remaining.
Compared to Nigella's design, the ubiquitous plastic-and-glass juicer is uncomfortable, unstable, and nearly impossible to clean (and on its way to Goodwill!), and there's no point to heavier hardware for small jobs.
If you want to mix your drinks right (with fresh fruit) it's a bar-top essential.
