I was able to do the master cleanse for a 5 day period. By day 3, I didn't crave any food and probably could've stuck with the diet longer. However, getting to day 3 was a challenge.
I tried this diet not to lose weight, but for cleansing purposes. I plan to do it again and see if I can get further along with the cleansing.

If you want to detox your system and feel great then get this book and follow exactly what it tells you to do. I am in day 18 and I have never felt better in my life. The weight is melting off, my skin is soft and I sleep more soundly than ever before. If you are serious about changing your eating habits and your lifestyle then start with this book.

I will admit, I tried it at first to lose the weight. What I didn't know that my mood would change within the first few days. I was happier than ever, more energized than ever and felt healthy. I have Multiple Sclerosis, and I have to say, no drug a doctor will give me to feel the energy to wake in the morning compares to the Master Cleanse. I was on the Master Cleanse for a total of 14 days... I also lost almost 20lbs. When I started, I didn't think I would make it to day 3, but I didn't want to stop! I recommend it to everyone I know now. TRY IT!

I did, in fact order "The Master Cleanser". My credit card reflects the charge, but Amazon never bothered to send it. In an attempt to rectify the situation, I tried to contact Amazon electronically and telephonically. They have no record of my purchase, but now I've been solicited to review the product they claim I never ordered and was never charged for. Strange world, isn't it?

this is the easiest most effective way to feel better and loose weight. a buddy of mine got me started on this and you can do it from 10 to 40 days..... i did it for 15, i lost 20 pounds, lost my heartburn trouble and got more energy for work. And NOT once did i feel like i was starving even thought that's all i had for 15 days. Everytime i was hungry i just drank more. And with work i am on call 24 hours a day and this was easy to keep up with and saved A LOT of money during the process (since this is all i had when i was on the go). Forget about pills and stuff.. i have tried them all...
