Originally bought with SS jar....quickly decided it need to be glass....tried getting this but was back ordered for 8 months....tried again 4 months later and had it in 2 weeks....much better seeing when things are at the proper stage rather than liquifying everything

We bought the blender refurbished about a year ago. Paid about half the price of a new one, got the same great product.
Our son broke the Jar and even it costed half of what we paid for the whole belnder, it's really worth it.

As with all Kitchenaid products I own, this one is superior to anything I have ever owned. I like the heavy glass and the durability of the product.
