Product Description A modern and elegant design that is practical as well. Pour spouts on either side of the ladle's bowl allow both righties and lefties to serve without spills!
Amazon.com Review With a hollow, lightweight handle that's rounded on the bottom for comfort, this 10-1/2-inch ladle feels terrific in the hand and is perfect for serving soups and pasta sauce at the table. It's made of 18/8 stainless steel polished to a mirror finish and is dishwasher-safe. The handle has a hole to facilitate hanging on a hook or peg, so the ladle's graceful, lustrous beauty won't be concealed in a drawer. KitchenAid says the first year of the ladle's lifetime warranty against defects is hassle-free; the company will ship a replacement at no cost and without question if a defect is detected. --Fred Brack

Good craftsmanship, but small November 23, 2003 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
This ladle is well crafted, and looks quite nice. However, it's smaller than I was expecting. It is about 1/2 the volume of a usualy soup ladle. I guess that's what a serving ladle means, but I didn't know at the time of my order. It's still the perfect size for scooping up pancake batter, and the spouts adds to the convenience. However for serving soup, it's too small, and take twice as many scoops to get your soup into the bowl.
