I have enjoyed the convenience of the space saving design of this microwave for the time we have had it. We have the black unit instead of the stainless steel.
However, the coffee combo part of the unit has been defective from the start. To start with the coffee maker would leak when we would set it up over night unless we were extremely careful about sliding it back into place.
Then, the handle broke off the coffee pot when we were simply cleaning it. We were only filling it with water and the handle snapped.
We tried to seek customer support online, which was very difficult to find. We got a standard email back telling us to call their 800 number.
The "customer service representatives" stated that we could purchase another coffee pot from them for $55.81 (prior to tax and shipping). This is outrageous because that is more than half of what we paid for the unit on sale at our local retailer. When we asked them to justify the hefty cost of replacing the carafe, they stated, "we do not have an answer for that." We can buy a whole new coffee maker and several pounds of coffee for that price!
We will never buy any LG product again because of the hassles we have had with this microwave.

Beautiful!. looks great on my counter. saves space ...coffee maker says it makes six cups but i say its about 4. My carafe has shattered due to fall 2 times and the 3rd the handle broke off . Dont get this if you dont want the hastle of ordering new carafe on line or off the phone # provided on the microwave. Over 50 dollars for one.
